Once the finfish platform is established, the plan adds shrimp at 5,000 tonnes in recirculating aquaculture systems. Closed water holds a warm-water animal under pumps, filters and sensors, and keeps that crop biologically apart from Gulf cages.
The process is a different building, RAS water, tank husbandry, biofilter watch, grow-out, then prepare on Dalma. This is not an extra net on the sea-cage ring.
Closed water fails in hours if oxygen or the filter drops. The plant is drawn as engineering. Density and feed are daily readings, as in the hatchery, for a different animal.
The public site shows whatever capacity the desk stores for this later phase. Today that stored figure is 5,000 tonnes. It is a design capacity, not a harvest claim.

Keep shrimp off the cage rings
This is not an extra net on the sea-cage. Shrimp are a later phase in a different building, held apart from Gulf finfish.

Run recirculating water
RAS holds a warm-water animal under pumps, filters and sensors. The Gulf does not do this work. The building does.

Husbandry in closed tanks
Density, feed and water chemistry are daily readings, as in the hatchery, but for a different animal on a different schedule.

Watch the biofilter and the sensors
Closed water fails in hours if the filter or the oxygen drops. This plant is drawn as engineering, not as a pond left to weather.

Grow the later 5,000-tonne crop
The public plan stores shrimp at 5,000 tonnes after the finfish chain. That figure is a design capacity in the desk, not a harvest already landed.

Prepare them on Dalma
The island rule still holds: raise the animal here, chill and pack it here, and state the origin as Dalma.
